Insurance:
We handle all the administration and other employer obligations such as Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, superannuation and payroll tax.
Payroll:
Arnold Technical Recruitment has an in-house payroll service. This includes electronic banking, issue of payslips, tax deductions and payroll tax. Our Contractors are paid on a weekly or fortnightly basis electronically into their nominated bank accounts.
Our contractor’s superannuation guarantee levy is deducted from the contractor (if applicable) and forwarded to a fund of their choice on a monthly basis.
Every effort is taken to ensure the contractors are paid, and if time sheets are late, we have a policy of contacting all the contractors so that we can pay them as required and they do not have to wait until the next payrun.
