material from Port Hedland Harbour as part of the RGP5 and RGP6 BHPBIO
expansion projects. This
dredging work includes the dredging and disposal offshore of approximately
800,000m3 of Potential Acid Sulphate Soils (PASS) using one of the
worlds largest Backacter type dredges, a small grab dredge, and supporting
split hull hopper barges, and the dredging and disposal onshore of all
remaining material using one of the worlds largest cutter suction dredgers. ·
